PhotoModeler Coded Target File Sets

PhotoModeler’s Coded Targets are used to automate the initial project solution and optionally help define scale and coordinate systems.

The PhotoModeler software can print Coded Targets directly (in varying sizes and numbers), but in some circumstances a predefined set of Coded Targets can help you start a project successfully. Here are three sets of PhotoModeler Coded Targets for various applications.  Note these sets are not to be used together.

Letter Sheet Target Set

This set is used for larger area modeling such as marine decks, boats for canvas, etc. These are also available for sale in robust formats in our store. For additional detail see the Letter Sheet System.

Small Area Target Set

This set is used for smaller areas (typically less than 150cm / 5’ across). Example uses might be the modeling of marine dash panels, small screens, industrial control panels, electrical panels, gaskets, and custom fixtures.

2D Digitizing Target Set

This set is used to set up and record accurate scale for 2D template and pattern digitizing. These can also be easily printed from the software during the 2D Template setup process. For additional detail see Digitize 2D Patterns and Templates.
