There are a few ways you can send data to PhotoModeler Support.
1. If you have PhotoModeler installed, and there is an active license (permanent, subscription, or evaluation), you can use the software to send photos, projects etc. In 2018 version and earlier: menu ‘Help / Contact Tech Support / Send files to Tech Support…’. In 2019 and later: ‘File tab / Help > / Send Files to Support…’.
2. Use your own Dropbox or Google Drive and send us a link.
3. If the file(s) is/are smaller than 2MB you can try attaching to an email (but follow up with us if you don’t hear anything).
4. Use the SendThisFile service: a) Visit www.sendthisfile.com, b) create a free (no credit card) account, c) send to email@example.com, enter subject, message, and add your files. We will get an automatic notice.
