At Eos Systems the customer relationship doesn't end with the sale. The same responsiveness you get before the sale, you should expect after the sale. Our goal is to provide industry-leading technical support. Whether it is helping new customers get started with PhotoModeler, or helping experienced users work over a particular hump, we are there whenever the phone rings. We also like to hear customer suggestions!
Our support is very responsive and can be reached by phone or email. The first answer to your query is usually provided within 2 to 4 business hours (our business hours are 9am - 5pm Pacific Time, Mon-Fri) and complete solutions usually within 24 hours (depending on the complexity of the problem).
