Purchased Products Return Policy

Simple, Money-Back, No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

This page mostly applies to Permanent Licenses. If you have purchased a Subscription License please refer to the Subscription Policies page for refunds and cancellations.

Note that our philosophy for return and refund is the same for Permanent and Subscription licenses - that is, if you are unhappy with your purchase and you fall within the return and cancellation policy time limits then no questions are asked and you can have your money back.

For Permanent Licenses

Customers that have purchased directly from Eos Systems† have 30 days to return their purchases. You don’t even have to tell us why you are returning it!

Software (PhotoModeler, PhotoModeler Scanner, PhotoModeler UAS) and small accessories (calibration sheets, dot slides, fiducial inserts) have a full-money-back, no-questions-asked guarantee. Even all shipping costs are refunded!

Cameras and Evidence Markers have a money-back, no-questions-asked guarantee with a $50usd restocking fee (for items that are in resalable condition).

To return your product, please contact Eos Systems at sales@photomodeler.com or 1-604-732-6658 to get an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization). Further return instructions will be provided. Please do not uninstall your software until instructed. Products that are returned without first receiving an RMA number and/or without following the return instructions unfortunately cannot be processed for a refund.

†Customers that order directly from Eos Systems are typically all North American, UK, Irish, Australian and New Zealand customers.

International customers: Please check the return policies with your local reseller.
