If you require technical support or project advice, please read the instructions below. For pre-sales customer support, please contact the appropriate reseller as shown on the Order Page.

Technical Support Procedures
Your PhotoModeler purchase includes 90 days free technical support starting from the date of purchase. Please review the PhotoModeler Support Policy. If you run into a problem or have questions while using PhotoModeler, here's what to do:

  1. Make sure you have the latest upgrade version . Your problem may already be solved.
  2. Check the Knowledge base. You can quickly find questions and answers to common issues brought up by our customers.
  3. If the Upgrade Patch and Knowledgebase do not help solve your problem or questions, then please contact Technical Support. In North America our technical support team can be reached by email at support@photomodeler.com or if you prefer, by phone at 604.732.6658. If you purchased PhotoModeler from a reseller outside of North America please first contact them for support as they have more localized knowledge. If your reseller is unable to answer your questions please feel free to contact us directly.

When contacting technical support, please provide your PhotoModeler Serial/Support Number.

  • In PhotoModeler 6 and PhotoModeler Scanner your serial number appears on the Help / About box, or is the first 10 characters (up to the 2nd - dash) the activation code which can be found on the labels on the box or cd case.
  • In Pro 5, your Serial/Support Number can be found on labels on the top of your PhotoModeler box and on the CD jacket.
  • In Pro 4, your Support Number can be found on labels on the top of the box and on the inner cover of the user manual.

Project Assistance
For customers who need help in using the various features, or need advice on certain types or projects, there are a number of sources you can access.

  1. The Video Tutorials contain detailed user instructions on most of the major features.
  2. The Knowledge Base Tips and Tricks section contains a growing list of tips for using PhotoModeler productively.
