Forensics
There are many possible interesting applications for PhotoModeler Scanner in forensics including crime scene mapping, fire investigation, vehicle crush, and digital foot and tire print 'casts'.
Foot Print
 This PhotoModeler Scanner project shows a digital 'cast' of a foot / boot print in sand. With coded targets placed around the print, two photographs were taken and the print remained undisturbed. The screen shot shows one of the photographs, the digital 3D surface model, and the textured version of same.
