PhotoModeler Scanner Screen Shot of Body Scan

CEO Remarks
by Alan Walford

A lot has happened here at Eos since our last PhotoModeler newsletter. We have been extremely busy on the R&D front developing a new product. We are announcing that new product today - it is called PhotoModeler Scanner.

We are very excited by this product. We often receive feedback on PhotoModeler that goes something like, "PhotoModeler is a great product for modeling certain types of objects but when the object is an organic shape or a complex surface then it is too much work." PhotoModeler Scanner is our solution. Read below to see how we've accomplished that.

As well as the major development on PhotoModeler Scanner, we have continued to improve the base PhotoModeler product as well. PhotoModeler is now at version 6.1.6 .  Some recent changes are improved support in MaxScript, FBX and Google Earth exports, as well as many small improvements and fixes.

Take a look at PhotoModeler Scanner - I think you will be impressed.

PhotoModeler Scanner

PhotoModeler Scanner Screen ShotPhotoModeler Scanner is a new product from Eos Systems. PhotoModeler Scanner is based on PhotoModeler and adds the exciting capability of high density 3D surface scanning. Think of a 3D laser scanner but with no laser and just your camera. With a very affordable price too.

Visit the PhotoModeler Scanner pages on the web site to learn more. The Applications and Examples are especially interesting with many impressive images and animations for you to enjoy.

PhotoModeler Scanner also contains all the capabilities of standard PhotoModeler. You can pick which product fits you best based on your requirements and budget. Eos will continue to support, enhance and sell PhotoModeler as a separate product, since it remains a highly effective tool for many types of applications.
