Can I create an exemplar model from an unknown source?

In accident reconstruction or similar forensic tasks, where you need to import an accurate model or control points to help solve some unknown photos, the 'exemplar' model (accurate model used as a reference) should come from an accurate source.

Generally this exemplar data should come from a calibrated-camera PhotoModeler project or an accurate survey.  In most cases you cannot create the exemplar data from photos taken with an unknown camera.
