PhotoModeler Scanner - licensing and activation.

This is an explanation of the licensing requirements for PhotoModeler Scanner (full version and trial).

PhotoModeler Scanner - Full Version:

When you purchase PhotoModeler Scanner, you will receive 2 activation codes. When activating using one of the online methods (see the installed help document for information on offline and manual activation), you will see 2 text boxes on the activation dialogs in which you enter the 2 codes. The 2 licenses required for full activation of PhotoModeler Scanner are:

1.  The main PhotoModeler Scanner license - enables PhotoModeler Scanner and enables the point mesh generation steps, as selected on the Create Dense Surface dialog.

2. Meshing License - enables the Meshing steps (ie triangulation of the point cloud),  as selected on the Point Mesh Options dialog.

PhotoModeler Scanner - Trial Version:

If you are activating a Trial of PhotoModeler Scanner, you will receive just one activation code.  You only need to enter this one Trial code in the first activation field - leaving the Meshing license field blank.

The Meshing component is in its own 'trial mode' for 30 days from first installation of the program (including installation of the Demo).

Here is a hypothetical schedule for a 10 day PhotoModeler Scanner trial:
- you download and install the PhotoModeler Scanner Demo on June 1st
- on June 26th you obtain a Trial code from your reseller or Eos sales and enter it as per instructions
- on June 30th your meshing trial expires (30 days from first install of June 1st). At this point you can still create Dense Surface Models in point cloud form but cannot convert them to triangulated meshes
- on July 5th (10 days after June 26th) your Scanner trial expires and you are back in Demo mode

The important point here is to test the demo first and if you are interested in the Trial to obtain a trial code quickly and without delay.  If you delay past 30 days of the demo install, we can still provide a Scanner Trial code so you can try creating dense surface models with your own photos, but you will not be able to complete the triangulation and meshing steps
